Merkl is operated by Angle Labs, Inc., headquartered in Paris, France. Every channel below is monitored by the team, and the right one depends on what you need.If you are trying to claim a reward and something is not working, start with support. If you represent a protocol, issuer or fintech that wants to distribute, write to the team directly. If you are building against the API, the developer channels will be faster than either.
User support
Users with a question about an opportunity, an unclaimed reward or a pending claim should ask in the Merkl Discord, where the team and the community answer. Include the chain, the opportunity and your wallet address, because almost every reward question is answerable only against a specific address.
